Brass Screen Cart Mod

This mod uses 3 layered brass pipe screens folded into a cone and pressed into the cartridge to hold in the juice with no filler material. The exact shape of the screens does not matter, only that it completely covers the top snugly and there are enough layers to where juice does not drain right out.
Stainless steel screens can be used but are harder to work with due to being harder than brass. Some think that brass will tarnish adding to what you inhale.

[edit] Filling
The screen is the only thing holding the liquid in and the lack of filler leaves a lot of room for juice. This mod needs to be refilled about 10-25% as often as a normal or Pyramid Tea Bag Cart Mod cart would need to be "topped off". Absence of filler material also means no burning when it dries out and the empty flavor is less repulsive. When filling, tilt the cart at an angle and drip slowly into a corner. This will allow air to flow out of the top corner while the liquid flows into the bottom corner. If liquid pools prematurely (you know the cart is NOT full) you can hold it by the tip and swing your arm in a half circle causing the centrifugal force to pull the liquid in. If done right it should start "drinking" fluid again until full

- Layer the 3 screens on top of each other as you would stack pancakes
- Place a cone shaped pen cap in the center and bend the screens over the cap into a cone shape
- (Optional) Cut the bottom (wide end) of the cone to be more straight
- Flatten the sharp end of the cone
- Place into cart and use the pen cap cone to invert the flattened piece so the cone tip is inverted slightly (do not push it in too far, give it a rounded look)
- (Optional) If you have trouble with it "drinking" the juice when you are filling it try making a *SMALL* hole in the center with a needle or pin. Do not make it too big or it will leak.
- Make sure the screen is about 2mm from the lip of the cartridge so it does not smash your atomizer bridge

(Images are same as above but without pushing the cone inwards)
- Layer the 3 screens on top of each other as you would stack pancakes
- Place a cone shaped pen cap in the center and bend the screens over the cap into a cone shape

Not sure the exact steps on this but the screens are folded in half and rolled up giving a cone shape but with the sharp end of the cone pushed into the cart and the flat top (the "rosebud") touching the atty bridge. A picture is provided but more details on the process need to be added.
